Job Summary
The Business Development and Sales Executive(Rental Division) will lead, manage, and grow the generator rental operations of E.U Premium Power Solution Limited. This role is critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership/managerial skills and a proven track record in rental or
operations management within the power solutions or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Operations Management
 Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals for the rental division.

 Oversee all rental operations, ensuring timely delivery, setup, maintenance, and retrieval of generators.

 Monitor utilization rates of rental equipment and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

2. Team Leadership & Development
 Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians, drivers, and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence.

 Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.

 Foster a collaborative work environment focused on accountability and efficiency.

3. Client Relations & Customer Service
 Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 Address and resolve escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

 Develop strategies to improve client retention and secure repeat business.

4. Financial Management
 Prepare and manage budgets for the rental division, tracking expenses and revenue.

 Set and monitor KPIs for revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

 Review and approve quotations and contracts for rental agreements.

5. Asset Management
 Ensure proper inventory control, maintenance schedules, and readiness of all rental equipment.

 Implement systems to track generator utilization and ensure optimal asset deployment.

 Oversee procurement of equipment and parts for the rental division.

6. Compliance & Safety
 Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

 Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that staff follow safety protocols.

7. Reporting
 Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on operations, revenue, and client feedback.

 Analyze data and trends to recommend strategies for growth and improvement.

Qualifications
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership/Managerial role within the rental, power solutions, or equipment hire industry.

 Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel generators, their operation, and maintenance requirements.

 Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

 Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve operational challenges effectively.

 Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
