Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s rental and maintenance services. This involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and
market trends.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
 Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities for rental and maintenance services.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

 Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring
timely and satisfactory responses.

 Conduct regular follow-ups to retain clients and increase repeat business.

3. Promoting Services:
 Effectively present and promote the company’s rental and maintenance solutions to potential customers.

 Develop customized proposals based on client needs and preferences.

 Provide detailed information on pricing, terms, and conditions of service.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

 Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement or new service offerings.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.

 Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.

6. Collaboration:
 Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

 Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in generator rental, power solutions, or a related industry.

 Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and business development.

 Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a technical team.

 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
