About the Role
Premium Power is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of operational processes within the engineering, power, or technical services industry.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all operational activities.

Manage workloads, schedules, and team performance.

Oversee logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare periodic reports for management and provide operational insights.

Improve workflow efficiency and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

Minimum B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

3–5 years experience in operations or project coordination (engineering/power sector is an advantage).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
